What you'll do
- Define and produce the content plan across the brand's channels.
- Build the acquisition funnels and the lead-to-customer conversion.

Requirements
- At least 2 years in social media marketing or growth.
- Command of ads platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X) and analytics.
- Precise writing and the ability to be concise.

Media Buyer

Who we're looking for
An analytical, hands-on person, able to turn advertising budget into a qualified pipeline and measurable ROI, without ever sacrificing creativity.
What you'll do
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Build reporting dashboards and end-to-end attribution models.
- Work with the creative team to test new angles, copy and creatives.
- Iterate fast on the data and deliver results that repeat over time.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in media buying, managing significant budgets independently.
- Command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and at least one video platform (TikTok / YouTube).
- Advanced tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, Hyros.
- A data-driven mindset, discipline on KPIs, the ability to be concise.
- Plus: experience with ecommerce or high-margin online businesses.
Project Manager
Coordinate the product projects and keep the team aligned on results.

- Coordinate the product projects from kickoff to delivery.
- Keep teams, stakeholders and timelines aligned.

Requirements
- 3+ years in project or product management.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Linear, Jira or Notion.

What you'll do
- Handle users' chats and emails with quick turnaround and a tone consistent with the brand.
- Guide new users through onboarding and the use of our products.
- Collect feedback and reports and bring them to the product team, to keep improving.
- Keep satisfaction, NPS and retention standards high.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in customer support, customer success or community management.
- Impeccable writing: clear, concise, courteous.
- Empathy, active listening, fast problem solving.
- Availability of 20–30 hours per week, including across distributed time slots.
- Plus: fluent English, experience with tools such as Intercom, Zendesk or HelpScout.
